About Lina

Lina always harbored a deep desire for a career that would not only benefit her own well-being but also bring health and happiness to others. When she first laid eyes on Tai Chi, it was as if a hidden chord resonated within her. Instantly, she fell in love with this ancient practice, sensing that it held the key to her purpose.

Driven by this inner knowing, Lina embarked on a transformative journey. She boarded a flight to China to immerse herself in the heart of Tai Chi and Qigong. There, in the old Tai Chi school, for six months, she dedicated herself wholeheartedly, practicing 8 to 10 hours each day. The impact was profound—her skills blossomed, and her experience deepened.

Returning to America, Lina carried with her the essence of Tai Chi and shortly she was certified by the Tai Chi and Qigong Association. Her daily practice continued, fueled by a hunger for growth. She attended countless seminars and conferences, absorbing insights from fellow practitioners and masters alike. And now, for over five years, she has shared her knowledge, guiding others along the path of balance, vitality, and inner peace.

Through the gentle flow of Tai Chi and the harmonizing energy of Qigong, Lina cordially invites YOU to step into your own grace to weave a tapestry of your own well-being.
